Minis as an iPhone-native AI workspace

Minis is the main working entrance for this setup: a phone-native AI workspace with shell access, project files, memory, browser tools, and native iOS integrations.

The interesting part is not that an iPhone can chat with a model. The interesting part is that an iPhone can become a real command center:

  • run scripts and inspections in a local Linux environment
  • coordinate remote hosts such as digitalocean-sg
  • keep project memory and deployment reports close to the conversation
  • turn small decisions into durable workflows
  • publish quick thoughts to Threads and longer notes to Quartz

This note site is one piece of that workflow. It is where reusable knowledge gets slowed down, cleaned up, and connected.
